Privacy policy

• Mobile number, which is your identity and what your ticket is bound to
• Order and ticket information: which event, quantity, price and time
• Technical information needed for security and operations, such as logs
• Messages you send to support

• Completing purchases and delivering tickets
• Verifying you with a one-time code by SMS
• Preventing fraud and misuse, including resale that breaks the rules
• Providing support and meeting legal obligations such as bookkeeping
• Sending information about the service. You can opt out of such messages at any time.

We share only what is necessary, with:

• Nexi/NETS, which processes payments. TicketToken does not store card details.
• Twilio, which sends SMS
• The organizer you buy a ticket from, as far as needed to run the event
• Other subcontractors that operate the service, bound by data processing agreements

Ticket ownership is recorded on the Solana blockchain. This record contains no personal data, neither phone number nor name. The link between you and the ticket is held only by TicketToken and can therefore be deleted under the rules below.

We use cookies only to make the service work and to improve your experience, for example to remember your sign-in and language.

We keep data as long as necessary for the purposes above and as long as the law requires, for example under bookkeeping rules.

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Email us to exercise your rights.

• Deletion may be limited by statutory retention duties.

You can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet) if you believe we process personal data in breach of the rules.
