A World Without Digital Barriers
Reinventing Ticketing Through Blockchain Tokenization
Our Mission
In today’s digital world, you must create separate accounts for each app, with the same information stored by every individual company. In our vision, data will follow the user, and apps will need to request access to this information.
The data will be securely stored on the blockchain, but the user retains ownership. This allows data transfer between apps, enabling each app to function as a cross-platform service.
In the ticketing industry this means that ticket fraud is eliminated because we allow the event attendees to own their data, with tickets linked directly to them.

How it works
Blockchain
By leveraging blockchain technology, we ensure secure, transparent, and efficient ticket ownership. Tickets are stored as smart contracts on the blockchain, making them verifiable, tamper-proof, and easily transferable during resale. Our system eliminates ticket fraud, controls resale pricing, and enables new revenue streams through ticket bonds, all while operating without a traditional backend.
Eliminating Ticket Fraud
We are developing software that leverages scalable blockchain technology to combat ticket fraud. By controlling every individual ticket transaction, even those conducted outside our platform, we can prevent a ticket from being sold to multiple people. When a ticket is resold, the original owner automatically loses access, and ownership is transferred to the new buyer following a confirmed fiat payment (Vipps, VISA, Mastercard, Apple Pay). Each ticket functions as a smart contract/token, with all logic managed by us, ensuring that the ticket can only be sold once. Buyers can always verify the authenticity of their tickets.
Move black market revenue to the organizer
By integrating the local payment solution with blockchain technology, we gain control over resale prices. When a ticket is listed for resale, the only way to transfer ownership is through our platform, using a local payment service, at a price we define. This ensures that sellers cannot inflate ticket prices. Additionally, we will apply a 5% fee for the 'Secure Ticket Sale' service, which will be shared with the organizer. This not only increases revenue for the organizer but also ensures that end users avoid paying inflated prices on the black market.
Get liquidity with 'Ticket bonds'
We are creating a new market by allowing investors to invest in future ticket sales through our technology. To secure capital before an event, organizers can issue tokens, functioning as ticket-bonds, which can be sold to investors. These tokens are directly linked to our ticketing system, ensuring that the token holder receives a share of the ticket sales each time a ticket is sold. Additionally, this approach helps mitigate some of the financial risks associated with bonds. For Example: For a major festival that typically generates $10 million in ticket sales, the organizers might seek to raise $1 million in advance. They can achieve this by issuing a ticket bond, offering 11% of their future ticket revenue in exchange for the $1 million upfront. If the festival generates $10 million in ticket sales, the investor will receive $1,1 million USD (10% interest in his investment). This concept is similar to traditional bonds but removes some risk factors.
Security
TicketToken operates without a traditional backend. Instead, we embed the entire ticketing system’s logic directly onto the blockchain. This means there’s no central server for hackers to target or take down. To disrupt our system, an attacker would need to compromise the entire blockchain. This has never been done before and is nearly impossible.
Current Solution
Our modern ticketing system is designed to get your event up and running effortlessly. Simply sign up, create your event, and start selling tickets right away. Attendees can choose from multiple secure payment options, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience.
Organizer Dashboard
Our Organizer Dashboard provides an intuitive and powerful tool for managing your events, offering all the insights and controls you need in one place. The dashboard offers real-time insights into your event’s performance, including key statistics such as ticket sales and number of attendees. It also allows you to easily track and review financials related to ticket sales, refunds, and other transactions, helping you maintain a clear overview of your event’s financial health.
Time-Based Validity & Dynamic Pricing
Organizers can set tickets to be valid for specific times—ideal for multi-day events or time-specific sessions. Fine-tune validity down to the minute for precision, like 18:00-19:30 or 22:00-23:30. Additionally, our dynamic pricing strategy encourages early purchases. You can adjust ticket prices based on sales volume, driving early sales while rewarding early buyers.
Secure Payments & On-Site Support
Customers can purchase tickets through multiple secure payment options, including Vipps, VISA, Mastercard, and Apple Pay. Organizers can also request a free payment terminal to be used at the event entrance. Our Scanning App, available on both Android and iPhone, ensures a smooth check-in process by allowing employees to scan tickets easily. Attendees can save their tickets directly to Apple Wallet for quick access at the event, while guest lists can be efficiently managed to simplify entry for VIPs and event personnel.
Custom Integration & Flexibility
Our system allows organizers to integrate the ticket purchasing process directly into their own website, maintaining full control over the customer experience. You can customize the design to match your brand without needing developer skills. For those with technical teams, we offer open APIs for greater flexibility.
